President
Cece Alemania is president of Visual Concepts LLC, a rapidly growing information technology services (IT) company based in Ventura, Calif. Since co-founding the company in 1994, Cece has served in a variety of capacities, helping to develop innovative solutions for clients and catapult the company to a leadership position within its market. Cece is responsible for the direction and management of daily operations of the business, including business development; business processes; finance; human resources; marketing; project and technical oversight; and strategic planning.
Since 1988, Cece has been involved in numerous technology positions. Her professional experience gives her a unique understanding of business processes from both a users' perspective and a vendor's perspective. Cece is then able to transfer her knowledge to client projects to enhance quality and ensure success. She is currently utilizing her corporate knowledge management and corporate workflow engineering expertise to provide NASA with new mission control processing standards and a revised portal architecture. She has provided consultancy services for many clients, including the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Marines. Cece holds a SECRET clearance and is a Cimage Certified Developer.

Cece earned a Bachelor of Science degree in applied mathematics from California State University, Northridge.
Recently, Cece rode her bike from San Francisco, Calif. to Los Angeles, Calif., nearly 600 miles in seven days, to raise needed funds to support critical HIV/AIDS services. Cece enjoys hiking, camping, working out, reading technical literature and grilling for family and close friends. She is also a certified American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) soccer coach. Cece resides in the Southern California area.
