Priscilla A.R. Becker
CEO
Priscilla A.R. Becker is CEO of Visual Concepts LLC, a rapidly growing information
technology services (IT) company based in Ventura, Calif. Since co-founding the company
in 1994, Priscilla has served as the cornerstone for the company's growth and development
as a leader in the IT services marketplace. In fact, during the first three years in
business, she helped the company to double revenues. As strategic business manager, she
is responsible for developing the company's vision and business plan.
With a consultative approach, Priscilla counsels clients on how to best transform their
current business practices into cutting-edge, real-time transfer of corporate information.
Today, Priscilla is focusing on two high-profile Visual Concepts clients: NASA and BART
(Bay Area Rapid Transit of San Francisco, Calif.). She is utilizing her 19 years of
experience to help these organizations restructure and choose the right tools to enhance
their information communication methods.
She holds a SECRET clearance and has worked for a variety of government and commercial
clients including the CareerPath.com (acquired by CareerBuilder.com in 2000), United States
Navy, United States Marine Corps and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. One of the most
significant highlights of her career with Visual Concepts is when one of her users got to
go home on her wedding anniversary for the first time in 25 years due to an improved
technology process. Priscilla designed and implemented the new process, which eventually
became standard for the marines' housing utilization processing.

Priscilla earned a bachelors degree in mathematics from California State University, Northridge.
Priscilla has been a frequent speaker on behalf of The Great Wall of Los Angeles, the world’s longest mural painted over five summers between 1976 and 1983 by more than 200 at-risk children. She is on the board of SPARC (Social and Public Art Resource Center) in Venice, Calif. She is married, has three children and enjoys soccer, softball, camping, fishing, working out, snow skiing, reading technical literature and being a mom. Priscilla was a member of the first World Series Championship team in the history of Women’s Pro Fastpitch. She has finished two marathons: Los Angeles in 1992 and Oregon in 2002. Priscilla resides with her family in the Southern California area.
