Challenge
Develop an enterprise solution for newspaper circulation management allowing users to respond effectively to a variety of real-time print center, loading, and distribution problems. Integrate solution with legacy COBOL system. Project was already severely behind schedule.  

Solution
Visual Concepts co-developed Dynamic Depot Trucking, an enterprise solution for load routing and delivery management for hundreds of deliveries. Visual Concepts responsibilities included system analysis, system design, technical lead, database generation and system development. The intuitive Windows navigation allows users to respond quickly to production problems, loading dock management challenges, saving time and money.

Results
The solution allows fast, efficient response to changing situations, minimizing the impact to Dynamic Depot Trucking customers.
