Ventura, California-July 29, 2005-Visual Concepts, LLC earned selection by the US Army's Iraq Project & Contracting Office (PCO) in Baghdad, Iraq for a $650,000 contract to support the $18.4 billion dollar "Rebuild Iraq" infrastructure reconstruction program. Task areas include development and deployment of:

• The Rebuild Iraq Internet Portal (www.rebuilding-iraq.net) system to enable the reconstruction efforts program, project, asset, construction and financial management.
  
  
• Oracle Collaboration Suite (OCS), to manage communications, collaboration and data between the Iraq Project & Contracting Office, the Pentagon, and Army.
  
  
• The WebDocs© Submittal Control application, a user-friendly solution to support the Iraq PCO massive refinery and power generation systems engineering, construction, and commissioning efforts.
  
  
• The Rebuild Iraq Intranet, with functionalities that include Construction Management Program; Property Management System; Commander's Emergency Response Program; Iraq Reconstruction Management System.
  
  

These 24/7 systems to be deployed in a war zone, will track $18.4B dollars in transactions, over 25,000 construction projects, 45,000 discrete procurement actions, and support over 5,000 Department of Defense and Coalition Partners.
